Susan J. Falvo

Firm Principal

BS, Marketing – The University of Oklahoma

MBA, Economics and Marketing – The University of Nevada, Reno (also taught Economics and Marketing at UNR for over 6 years)

Susan J. Falvo has held Senior Management positions for over thirty years in PR, Communications, Marketing, Fundraising and Donor Relations, Community Relations, Community Involvement and Solutions, Government Relations and Affairs, and Event/Event Planning. She has experience in several industries and has expertise in a wide range of professional responsibilities.

Ms. Falvo has delivered proven and measurable results accomplished throughout her career. Examples include introducing a new entertainment complex concept resulting in the highest netting operation of this type nationally and internationally; established and secured sponsorships, donor base and increased fundraising efforts by more than 150% for a local non-profit entity; and, for a large financial institution increased overall company/brand awareness from 16% to 94% statewide in less than twelve months.
In addition, has successfully developed and delivered numerous events from groundbreaking to grand openings to galas. Planned sporting events, golf tournaments, festivals, and trade shows. Has met or exceeded goals and expectations continuously.

Career experience in numerous industries: Education, Real Estate, Construction, Architecture, Financial Institutions/Banking, Hospitality/Tourism, Non-Profits and Cultural Entities, and other related organizations and industries. She has extensive Civic, Community and Government Relations Contacts and is well respected in business, community, and civic endeavors.

Currently, she is the Chair of the White Rock Lake Task Force; the president of the Lakewood Women’s Golf Association; on the Board of Directors and Fundraising and Events Chair for The White Rock Lake Foundation; on the Board of Directors, Executive Committee, and president’s council chair for the Dallas Theater Center Guild. She is also on the Advisory Board for the Greater East Dallas Chamber of Commerce; graduate of Leadership North Texas and Leadership Las Vegas.

She has been on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee for the Greater East Dallas Chamber of Commerce; Board of Directors for the Dallas Summer Musicals (Broadway Dallas); Board of Directors for the Bishop Arts Theatre; Developed and chaired the annual golf tournament for the Greater Dallas Chamber (Dallas Regional Chamber of Commerce); Lakewood Neighborhood Association Board and President of the Neighborhood Association; Chaired the annual golf tournament for Opportunity Village in Las Vegas; President of the Women’s Council for the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce; and many more positions of responsibility for Civic and Charitable Organizations.

Kathleen A. Foley

Business and Administrative Strategist

BS, Finance – The University of Nevada, Las Vegas

Kathleen has over thirty years’ experience in a wide range of management positions in the hospitality, gaming, and real estate industries. She has mentored and trained individuals in the real estate and appraisal industries, and is highly respected in business, finance, and the real estate industry.

Kathleen has over 25 years of experience in supervisory positions, customer service, community involvement and relations with numerous organizations. She has maintained excellent customer relations that have resulted in substantial client retention results. She operated an independent real estate appraisal company for financial transactions, consulting and valuation of real property and condemnation valuation of real property by condemning authorities. She is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in Texas and Nevada; Practicing Affiliate with the Appraisal Institute; Member of the International Right-of-Way Association, Chapter 36; a Texas Real Estate Broker; and a Nevada Broker Salesperson.

Currently, she is the president of The White Rock Lake Foundation, President Elect and Treasurer for the Dallas Theater Center Guild, and member of the White Rock Lake Task Force.
