We develop strategies and plans so that the company and their team members can enhance their social standing, continue to build their respective brands, and provide meaningful support for their community.

OUR APPROACH

  • Define the company’s community involvement and social responsibility goals with senior management (include board members if applicable).
  • Identify Employee Ambassadors and involve them in the community involvement plans and direction.
  • Create tailored company plans for community involvement and social responsibility.
  • Collaborate with selected organizations or causes to understand their needs and ensure the company plan assists with achieving those specified goals.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain strategic company plans to deliver a difference through active participation in community programs.
  • Effectively encourage employee volunteerism.
  • Develop sponsorships and events for awareness, funding, and participation.
